Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for a federal IT modernization initiative. This remote role operates in a highly regulated environment, applying Scrum and Kanban to the SDLC to deliver secure cloud migrations.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, measure progress with metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Scrum certification or industry Agile certifications.
• Experience applying Scrum and Kanban to the SDLC and IT modernization.
• Strong ability to coach and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Lead SDLC delivery through design, development, QA, security, deployment, sustainment.
• Oversee product backlog to meet definition of ready, backlog refinement, and definition of done.
• Coach team on requirements gathering, change management, and continuous delivery.
• Drive customer feedback via UAT, demos, and product owner vetting.
• Analyze Agile metrics to guide team improvements.
• Convert integrated master schedules to team backlogs and maintain sync.
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables and program reporting.
