Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years’ related experience.
• Experience with software, systems engineering, or system integration and test.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, SAFe and DevSecOps.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coach the Agile Development Team in Agile best practices.
• Lead the welfare and performance of the team; ensure Agile principles are followed.
• Escalate impediments and foster a high-performing environment.
• Organize sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and standups.
• Ensure backlog readiness for planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
