Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Product Owner to lead an Agile team for the AN/TPY-2 radar program on site. You will guide requirements analysis, mission planning, and capability development, evaluating radar data and managing performance assessments.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, support proposals, and ensure alignment with financial goals and planning. A strong technical and leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a technical effort.
• Experience in monitoring technical cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agile team backlog with refined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Refine epics into smaller stories and define sprint objectives.
• Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution including milestones and earned value tracking.
• Perform radar system performance assessments and end-to-end analysis.
• Validate system performance by verifying requirements and testing scenarios.
• Develop mission plans and radar inputs for test events and deployment.
• Conduct performance gap analyses and trade studies for system enhancements.
• Lead design, prototyping, software development, integration, testing, and analysis of radar capabilities.
• Support proposal efforts and manage team financial planning.
