Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA is seeking a Product Owner to lead an Agile team supporting the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar program. This onsite role requires strong leadership, requirements analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage backlogs, refine epics, and ensure delivery across radar capabilities, with experience in Earned Value and defense programs.

A U.S. security clearance is required. Relocation assistance may be available and candidates must be eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience leading a technical effort.
• Experience overseeing cost and schedule performance.
• Experience with radar systems engineering or performance assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agile team backlog with refined user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Refine epics into smaller stories and define sprint objectives.
• Oversee technical, financial, and schedule execution including milestone planning and EV tracking.
• Perform radar system performance assessments and end-to-end analysis.
• Validate system performance by verifying requirements and creating testing scenarios.
• Lead design, prototyping, software development, integration, and testing of radar capabilities.
• Support proposal efforts and align with financial planning.
