The Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) software department within Raytheon is looking for a Software Scrum Master (SM) for the AN/TPY-2 Arbitrary Agile Release Train (ART). The department’s mission is to provide world class Missile Defense and Surveillance Radar Software to be used in radar systems deployed on land and sea. Our software teams employ an Agile Scrum and DevSecOps processes to rapidly design, code, and integrate capabilities on a continuous basis into a mature solution for our customers. We strive for technical excellence by drawing upon a workforce whose knowledge base covers the complete spectrum of modern computing languages and platforms. In addition to being expected to contribute technically to the design, development, integration, qualification, deployment and sustainment of radar applications, the successful candidate will be expected to build the team’s abilities, provide technical direction, facilitate the removal of roadblocks and be able to work seamlessly with stakeholders at various levels.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
