Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to lead two or more delivery pods. The role focuses on coaching teams to self-organize, delivering business value, and improving Agile maturity across projects.

You will facilitate ceremonies, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, and help drive alignment of priorities and roadmaps while supporting governance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager leading two or more delivery pods.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partners with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile PM for two or more teams.
• Coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate ceremonies: Daily Standups, Refinement, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
