Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to guide two or more delivery pods, help teams self-organize, and drive continuous improvement.

You will facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps, and coordinate release planning, UAT, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master and Agile PM for multiple teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others.
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined and ready for development.
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams.
