Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to lead two or more delivery pods, coach teams to self-organize, and drive value through continuous improvement. You will mentor teams through Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.

The role also involves removing impediments, maintaining delivery plans, and ensuring backlog readiness while reporting progress to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams
