Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to lead two or more Agile delivery pods and coach teams toward higher Agile maturity. The role involves facilitating ceremonies and aligning priorities with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver on roadmap commitments.

You will identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and coordinate release planning, UAT, and production readiness across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more delivery pods.
• Coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives.
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting to leadership.
• Ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
