Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States seeks a skilled Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to guide two or more delivery pods, coach teams, and drive value through Agile practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, shield teams from impediments, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and commitments.

This role supports release planning, UAT, and production readiness across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile delivery teams as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
• Ability to coach teams to self-organize and improve Agile maturity.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmaps, and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others.
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development.
• Leverage Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution with a collaborative culture.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring.
