Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to lead two or more delivery pods, guiding teams to self-organize and deliver business value. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and align priorities with owners and stakeholders to meet roadmap commitments.

You will also support regulatory and operational initiatives, manage impediments, and coordinate releases across business and technology teams, ensuring predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple Agile pods as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
• Proven ability to coach teams toward higher Agile maturity.
• Strong facilitation skills for ceremonies and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile PM for two or more pods/teams.
• Guide teams to self-organize, deliver value, and improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Support fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Identify and remove team impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership.
• Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development.
• Use Agile metrics to drive improvement and predictability.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring.
