10+ years in Scrum Master roles.
7+ years experience in non-software development projects.
5+ years as agile coach and teaching agile practices.
Experience with global teams across time zones.
Experience with consumer retail brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish an Agile practice tailored to Retail IT with playbooks and metrics.
Lead as hands-on Scrum Master for hybrid teams and coach stakeholders.
Deliver Agile training, mentoring, and capability building across the organization.
Drive stakeholder alignment and change management for Agile adoption.
Adapt Agile delivery to vendor-driven platforms with governance for upgrades.
Define tooling standards and dashboards using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
