Job summary

Skechers Global Retail IT is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to join a growing team. This role blends hands-on Scrum Master duties with internal coaching to lift Agile maturity across the organization.

You will guide hybrid teams, educate stakeholders on Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Product Managers and vendors in a global, product-centric environment. Responsibilities include Jira/Confluence usage and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

10+ years in Scrum Master roles.
7+ years’ experience in non-software development projects, preferably in consumer retail brands.
5+ years working as an agile coach and teaching agile practices.
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe education or certifications required.
Familiarity with SAFe or other scaling frameworks.
Experience with enterprise retail technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for hybrid teams (planning, daily, backlog, reviews, retrospectives).
Support Product Managers in backlog management and story structuring.
Identify and remove impediments; improve velocity and delivery predictability.
Collaborate with Product Owners to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Manage defects and operational tickets with production support teams.
Configure and use Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
