Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or program management experience in retail.
• Experience with retail planning technology and enterprise system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for merchandising planning systems.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, inventory, and supply chain teams to translate business challenges into system requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and integration of merchandising planning systems.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track merchandising and inventory KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
