Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager for Merchandising Systems to lead the vision and roadmap for merchandising, planning, allocation, replenishment, and retail operations across our global business.

Based onsite at our global headquarters in Manhattan Beach, CA, you will collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver enterprise-scale retail technology solutions that drive sales growth, optimize inventory, and enable omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of retail merchandising processes including planning, assortment management, allocation, replenishment, pricing, and inventory optimization.
Experience delivering enterprise merchandising technology solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Experience with large-scale retail or omni-channel environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Merchandising Systems.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leaders.
Prioritize backlogs based on business value and impact.
Lead requirements workshops, reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
Ensure adoption through training and change management.
