Qualifications

7+ years in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Retail Technology leadership.
5+ years supporting Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, or Retail Operations.
Experience delivering enterprise software implementations in large-scale retail or omni‑channel environments.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Merchandising Systems in alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Retail Operations, Finance, and IT leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
Own the functional lifecycle for merchandising platforms including data points, pricing, promotions, and analytics.
Lead requirements workshops, solution reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
