Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and support the Product Owner. You will foster collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring the Scrum framework is applied effectively to deliver value.

In this full-time role, you will coach teams on agile principles, develop budgets and capacity plans, forecast delivery, and refine backlogs. You will promote transparency, risk management, and a culture of learning while aligning with business

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coaches scrum masters and product owners on agile principles, values, and best practices for project/product management.
• Develops the budgets and resource planning strategy with consideration for team velocity, historical data, and limitations.
• Determines the amount of work that can be completed within proposed projects timelines.
• Ensures that risk assessments include risks identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans for scrum projects.
• Establishes scrum processes and procedures for backlog management, prioritization techniques, and user story refinement.
• Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for future projects to set realistic expectations for product releases.
• Helps establish and implement a common language and framework for team collaboration.
• Improves team capacity and investigates potential bottlenecks to determine how to proactively address issues before they arise.
• Integrates the concepts of adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration into department processes to promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
