Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Sr Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics to own the organization’s procurement performance across commercial programs. You will lead a team of Buyers, drive strategic sourcing and long-term agreements, and serve as the primary procurement interface for leadership and cross-functional partners.

This high-visibility role requires experience managing complex BOMs, FFP contracts, and LTAs, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related technical field (or higher).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related discipline in aerospace/advanced manufacturing; Master's with 7+ years allowed.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level supply chain performance including schedule, cost, and EAC with regular reporting to program leadership.
• Mentor and develop a team of Supply Chain Professional Buyers; oversee hiring, goal setting, and professional development.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation of FFP contracts and LTAs across suppliers, including build-to-print and contract manufacturing partners.
• Develop procurement policies, templates and digital tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
