Job summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience as a people manager and ability to coach and develop staff while handling employee relations.
• Knowledge of procurement, planning, MRP/ERP, BOM structures, and cost estimation.
• Track record of managing complex technology projects and supplier NPI processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and discuss with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities
