Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior SCM leader to own the end-to-end supply chain across the Americas. You will drive supplier alignment, negotiate contracts, and lead demand forecasting with franchisees and distributors, ensuring cost efficiency and service levels.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with QA, logistics, and co-ops, including time-sensitive new product introductions and market launches across multiple markets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in multi-market supply chain environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead regional SCM initiatives across the Americas.
• Drive supplier alignment, performance reviews, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Manage supplier relationships from qualification through contract negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with QA, logistics, and franchisees.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and report risks and opportunities to leadership.
