Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an experienced technology leader to partner with international franchisees and regional partners. The role focuses on franchise technology strategy, POS stability, and end-to-end digital integrations across the Americas.

The ideal candidate will drive market execution for loyalty, online ordering, and data governance while coordinating with VMs and vendors. Travel and on-site restaurant work are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in restaurant, retail or hospitality technology, including 3+ years in multi-unit QSR/franchised environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying at least one enterprise POS platform in live restaurants across multiple POS platforms.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience delivering digital ordering, loyalty or aggregator integrations.
• Proven multi-site rollout experience from planning through hypercare.
• Experience launching a loyalty or mobile ordering app across markets.

Responsibilities

• Franchise partner technology leadership in Americas, building relationships with technical, operations and digital leads.
• Own escalations for POS, kiosks, payments, digital menu boards and in-store networks; lead RCA and fixes.
• Manage market integration for Deliverect and aggregators (Uber Eats, Rappi, DoorDash); configuration and deployments.
• Ensure data, menu and polling compliance; govern menu setup and item standards regionally.
• Support international payments strategy, PCI compliance and regional rollout playbooks.
