As Senior Manager of SCM and Operations, you will oversee programs for Amazon and Costco, manage POs to delivery, monitor KPIs, and champion initiatives to reduce costs and enable scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, operations, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer operations for Amazon and Costco, ensuring high service levels.
• Oversee PO to delivery management, PO processing, and adjustments/cancellations.
• Track POs and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery and address disruptions.
• Resolve operational challenges including escalations, out-of-stock situations, and delays.
• Collaborate with customers to support logistics programs and optimize processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
