Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics or related field.
5+ years of SCM, logistics or purchasing experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities including demand planning, supply planning and inventory management.
Develop and execute planning strategies balancing service levels, cost, and operational efficiency.
Facilitate the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process across cross-functional teams.
Analyze capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or risks in the supply chain.
Track KPIs such as logistics cost, inventory days, returns, disposal, and stockouts.
Support ERP and supply chain system optimization initiatives.
