Job summary

Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMl) is seeking a highly motivated scientist for our Multi-Omics group to advance untargeted metabolomics and lipidomics in bioprocesses. The role involves developing pipelines, preparing samples for LC-MS, and analyzing data across groups to deliver actionable biological insights.

You will operate Thermo LC-MS systems, automate workflows, and collaborate with data science to push bioprocess understanding forward in human health applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with untargeted metabolomics and lipidomics across bioprocesses.
• Experience with LC-MS workflows, sample prep, and data interpretation.
• Proficient in automation and high-throughput workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop an untargeted analyses pipeline for polar metabolites and lipids from bioreactor samples.
• Prepare samples for LC-MS and leverage automation to increase throughput.
• Operate and maintain Thermo LC-MS instruments (Vanquish UHPLC, Exploris 480, IQ-X).
• Analyze LC-MS data using Compound Discoverer, LipidSearch, MZmine; use Python/R for scripting.
• Collaborate across Multi-Omics, Process Development, and Data Science to derive insights.
• Coordinate with Operations and vendors for instrument maintenance and upgrades.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines and SOPs.
