Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of organic, inorganic, organometallic, or analytical chemistry.
• Experience in product development and process optimization.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency with advanced laboratory equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chemical innovations into products.
• Assist in the scale-up of viable polymers to plant operations.
• Manufacture production scale intermediates.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments to develop new materials and coatings.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex formulation and production issues.
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions to advance project goals.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate performance of new materials and products.
• Oversee the transition of new products from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring quality and performance standards.
