  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior company leadership, stakeholders, or regulatory agencies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on complex chemical issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve challenging problems and improve product performance.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate and troubleshoot new formulations and processes.
  • Develop and optimize chemical processes and products to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide consultation to R&D/QC chemists and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate exacting standards of professional and scientific integrity.
