Qualifications

PhD in Polymer Science or Materials Science with a focus on structure–property–end use relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in polymer science or materials science.
Proven track record of business generation and attracting clients or funding.

Responsibilities

Lead interdisciplinary project teams to address complex polymer-related challenges.
Identify, pursue, and secure new client engagements and partnerships.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through high-quality work.
Build and manage multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Provide coaching and professional development for technical staff.
Ensure successful project execution with planning, resources, and budgets.
