Job summary

The Senior Scientist will join the Analytical R&D Department at MilliporeSigma’s Life Sciences R&D facility in St. Louis.

You will lead LC-MS assay development for quantitation of proteins in complex mixtures and perform advanced characterization of large biomolecules including monoclonal antibodies, multi-specifics, and antibody drug conjugates. Minimum qualifications include a BS with 5–7+ years or higher education with related experience; preferred expertise spans MRMs, PRMs,

Qualifications

BS in Chemistry or related field with 5–7+ years of hands-on LC-MS experience, or advanced degrees with relevant years.
Advanced enzymatic/chemical sample prep for large biomolecules for LC-MS (digestion, enrichment, depletion, labeling).
Proven ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Lead development of LC-MS assays for quantitation of proteins in complex mixtures.
Perform advanced characterization of large biomolecules including mAbs, multispecifics, and ADCs.
Provide high-level analytical support to product development, manufacturing, and project teams.
