Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to advance LC-MS/MS methods for ADME/DMPK at our St. Charles, MO site. You will support contract research, develop assays, and ensure data quality within GxP guidelines.

The role requires hands-on LC-MS experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team, contributing to project timelines and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LCMS/MS for ADME/DMPK applications in CRO or industry lab.
• Experience in QA/QMS environments and regulatory guidance (FDA/ICH).
• Ability to develop and validate bioanalytical methods and report QC.
• Experience leading small teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS-based analyses and method development for ADME/DMPK.
• Maintain data quality, troubleshooting, and instrument maintenance.
• Support method validation and development for new services.
• Work under GxP requirements and safety standards.
• Provide training and cross-functional support as needed.
