Job summary
Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Scientist, Analytical Development, Biologics CMC to advance CMC analytics for biologics, emphasizing high-resolution mass spectrometry and LC-MS based assays. You will work hands-on to develop, qualify, and transfer methods supporting internal programs and external CDMOs/CTLs, with ADCs, mAbs, and related modalities in scope.

Qualifications
- PhD in chemistry/biochemistry or related field with relevant industry experience.
- MS with 5+ years industry experience also acceptable.
- BS with 7+ years industry experience acceptable.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for MS-based protein characterization of biologics (ADCs, mAbs, bispecifics).
- Develop, optimize, and execute LC-MS methods for intact/reduced mass, glycosylation, PTMs.
- Lead or support assay development for biologics (SEC, HIC, RP-HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS).
- Transfer analytical methods to CDMOs/CTLs and oversee validation activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory.
