Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Scientist II/III, LCMS Method Development to join our Exton, PA Bioanalytical Sciences team. You will develop and validate LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods supporting drug discovery across modalities, including small molecules, peptides, and biologics.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HPLC/LC-MS/MS, method development, validation, and data interpretation, with GLP-regulated studies experience.

Qualifications

• BS in a life sciences field; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS and HPLC in regulated or GLP environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods.
• Design studies to meet sponsor and internal objectives.
• Execute and support bioanalytical testing for DMPK and regulated studies.
• Review study protocols and report study data; contribute to reports and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful execution.
