Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years screening experience; or Bachelor’s with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with high-throughput genomic screening and CRISPR/perturbation approaches preferred.
• Familiarity with automation scheduling software and multiple platform instruments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation pipelines for arrayed genomic screens in high-throughput in vitro models.
• Adapt procedures for automation and scale screening to large plates.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize imaging assays and data analysis.
• Lead automation improvements and troubleshoot instrument performance.
