Job summary

Serif Biomedicines in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Scientist in Bioanalytical Sciences focused on innate immunity, LBA and flow cytometry to characterize immune responses to nucleic acid therapies. You will lead design and validation of immunogenicity assays, mentor junior scientists, and collaborate across CMC, molecular biology and cell biology teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry, ddPCR and LBAs; Ph.D.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in immunology or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
Demonstrated expertise in innate immune signaling and nucleic acid sensing.
Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry and ligand binding assays.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute cell-based immunoassays and LBAs to assess immunogenicity of nucleic acid cargoes.
Lead biodistribution studies using flow cytometry and histology techniques.
Mentor junior scientists and collaborate cross-functionally with CMC, molecular and cell biology teams.
Ensure validation of bioanalytical assays in compliance with guidelines.
Present data at project team meetings and stakeholder reviews.
