Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD or MS/BS with extensive experience in immunology and antibody biology
- Experience with germline genes, V(D)J recombination and SHM
- NGS technologies and platforms including Illumina NextSeq/MiSeq and PacBio
- Molecular biology skills: PCR, cloning, Gibson Assembly
- Ability to streamline processes and maintain documentation
- Excellent communication in a matrixed team
Responsibilities
- Act as expert in RepSeq for therapeutic antibody discovery
- Collaborate with computational scientists to optimize repertoire analysis
- Generate, document and archive repertoire data with metadata
- Analyze results and present at team meetings
- Coordinate work across a matrixed project team
- Demonstrate scientific excellence across multiple projects
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
