  • Ph.D. with 3–5+ years or MS with 10–15 years of demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience leading bioinformatics in antibody discovery and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and related libraries (Biopython, PyMOL).
  • Strong ability to design and implement data workflows and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze genomic and RNA-Seq data to identify therapeutic targets.
  • Oversee external efforts to verify gene sequences not in public databases.
  • Lead development of databases housing antibody repertoire sequences.
  • Design data-entry workflows in Benchling for organization and accessibility.
  • Curate and integrate genomic and transcriptomic datasets.
  • Apply machine learning approaches to protein design and data analysis.
  • Develop and deploy bioinformatics tools for large datasets (NGS, antibody libraries).
  • Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
