Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Scientist to lead antibody-drug conjugate process development projects from early-phase to late-stage or commercial products. You will mentor team members, forecast resources, and apply novel processes within the Conjugation Process Development group.

Independent study design, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration will be central. You will help prepare regulatory documents and present findings at forums as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD requirement with relevant experience in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
• Direct experience with antibodies, proteins and bioconjugation.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret studies to answer defined questions.
• Monitor results and develop solutions to problems.
• Facilitate technology/assay transfers internally/externally.
• Contribute at department/project level and participate in teams.
• Possibly present at national/international forums.
• Author and review technical and regulatory documents.
• Identify process improvements and new technology opportunities.
