Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant years of experience in chemistry/biochemistry/engineering
• Master's or PhD with post-degree experience is advantageous
• Direct experience with antibodies, proteins, and/or bioconjugation
• Solid understanding of analytical protein characterization methods (HPLC, IEF, CE-SDS)
• Willingness to handle highly potent cytotoxic molecules
• Strong data analysis and scientific judgment abilities
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Foundational knowledge of organic chemistry and process development

Responsibilities

• Independently design, execute, and interpret studies to answer defined questions within timelines
• Monitor results, identify problems, and develop solutions
• Facilitate technology/assay transfers internally and externally
• Contribute to department and project teams and participate in multidisciplinary discussions
• May present at national or international forums
• Author and review technical reports and regulatory submissions
• Identify areas for process improvement and technology development
