Jobot is seeking a New Product Development Sr. Conjugation Scientist to join our team.
This role drives the development and optimization of novel conjugation technologies in the diagnostic manufacturing industry, leading the design and implementation of cutting‑edge conjugation processes. You will work cross‑functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch, analyze process data, and prepare technical
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience in conjugation science, process development, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of new conjugation technologies with a focus on monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
- Utilize knowledge of stoichiometry and reaction kinetics to improve processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Provide technical expertise in post-conjugation processes, including purification, characterization, and stability studies.
- Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and yield.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including development reports, manufacturing instructions, and regulatory filings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting product development.
