• Lead method and process development activities for ADCs, RLTs, ISACs and siRNA antibody conjugates.
• Oversee design of experiments, scale-up, and tech transfer for GMP and non-GMP batches.
• Author protocols, reports and regulatory filings; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Lead junior scientists, oversee project development, and coordinate with global leadership for endorsements.
