Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a Ph.D.
• Extensive experience in bioconjugation process development, particularly ADCs.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex technical programs.

• Collaborate with analytical development teams to establish critical quality attributes.
• Provide technical oversight during CGMP manufacturing.
