Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF).
• Strong independent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using scientific software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to analytical testing for ADCs and mAbs.
• Follow procedures with general instructions, under moderate supervision with review.
• Perform routine testing of in-process samples and pre-formal stability support.
• Support process development activities.
• Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives.
