Qualified individuals will have a strong background in technology transfer and regulatory compliance, along with a solid understanding of conjugation technologies and linker-payloads. The salary range for this position is $146,000 - $188,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of biotech/biopharma experience with a Ph.D., 8 years with a Master’s, or 10 years with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience in ADC Conjugation/Bioconjugation Process Development.
• Proven ability in working with small molecule linker-payloads.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADC Conjugation Process Development strategies.
• Oversee ADC batch size progression for PD optimization.
• Act as subject matter expert for internal and external teams.
• Prepare documentation for tech transfers and regulatory submissions.
• Stay current with trends and regulations for ADC DS.

Skills

Understanding of conjugation, purification, analytical methods

Expertise in tangential flow filtration

Knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory guidelines

Exceptional communication skills

Education

Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field
