Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction trades and facilities maintenance requirements.
• Supervisory experience with leading work crews and technicians.
• Ability to read and understand building plans and blueprints.
• Strong administrative, writing, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, building and fire codes, and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Facilities Maintenance Coordinators, Day Porters and hourly staff.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across multiple school locations.
• Track project status and provide data to analyze trends.
• Coordinate with contractors and obtain bids for major projects.
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes and Standards.
