Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction trades and facilities maintenance requirements; ability to communicate effectively with vendors and contractors.
• Minimum 7 years of facilities maintenance/construction experience.
• Efficient English skills including writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs within school facilities.
• Supervise and manage facilities maintenance staff and coordinators.
• Manage contractors (general contractors, plumbers, electricians, A/C, locksmiths, etc.) and obtain bids.
• Monitor safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Create and track maintenance schedules and project timelines.
• Travel within and outside state as required.
