Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for multiple school locations and manage contractors.
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance and construction issues; obtain bids and supervise repairs.
• Track time, materials, and budgets; monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes & Standards and safety procedures; travel as needed.
• Lead and develop Facilities Maintenance Coordinators and other staff; report on project status.
