Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced scheduling professional to develop and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with stakeholders to define phasing and milestones across complex programs.

You will conduct critical path analysis, cost and resource loading, and cash flow reporting, while preparing variance reports and keeping management informed of schedule risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management required.
• Industry certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years scheduling/project controls experience in transportation, aviation, or vertical construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop project phasing
• Update project and program schedules
• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on large multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors' baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management
