Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead the planning and coordination of capital programs. You will develop and manage master schedules across planning through closeout and ensure alignment with design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in AEC scheduling, advanced Primavera P6, and proficiency with MS Project, Power BI, Excel, Procore, or Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering.
• 7–10 years of AEC project scheduling experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency required.
• Experience with MS Project, Power BI, Excel, Procore, or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and construction delivery methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master, baseline, and milestone schedules for multiple capital projects from planning through closeout
• Integrate design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy activities
• Perform CPM scheduling analysis; identify risks, constraints, delays, and recovery opportunities
• Review contractor schedules, updates, recovery plans, logic, sequencing, and resource loading
• Develop program dashboards, milestone tracking, look-ahead schedules, and schedule/cost reporting
• Support capital planning, cash-flow forecasting, earned value, and production analysis
• Develop program-wide mitigation strategies, phasing plans, procurement sequencing, and opportunities to accelerate delivery
• Support Program Execution Plans (PEPs) and project execution strategies
• Facilitate schedule workshops and pull-planning sessions and present updates to leadership and clients
• Coordinate schedules across Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and owners
• Develop scheduling standards, templates, and best practices; mentor junior schedulers and support QA/QC
