Job summary

Jobtailor in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned project scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of detailed construction schedules for public buildings, infrastructure, and commercial projects.

You will analyze critical paths, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff, while pursuing PSP or PMI-SP certification if not already held. Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required or highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in project scheduling.
• Experience with construction project and program-level scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and interest in training and mentoring junior-level staff.
• Hands-on experience in public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater and/or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Currently holds or has ability to obtain professional certification such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
