Job summary

Broad Reach Partners is seeking a Project Controls Specialist with Primavera P6 experience to develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules for data center projects. The role requires coordinating with engineers, field personnel, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity.

You will analyze schedules, perform critical path and earned value assessments, generate reports, and support procurement and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing project schedules for mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, drawings review, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and earned value management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for data center construction projects.
• Review engineering drawings, procurement milestones, and construction work plans to develop accurate activity logic.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather progress updates and forecast schedule performance.
• Conduct schedule health checks, critical path analysis, and resource evaluations.
• Identify schedule risks, float erosion, and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate weekly progress reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Support development of what-if scenarios and recovery plans when deviations occur.
• Ensure alignment with project execution strategy and permitting requirements.
