Job summary

MWH Constructors seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager in Gresham, OR to coordinate schedules, manage deadlines, allocate resources, and ensure smooth project scheduling processes. This on-site role requires guiding junior schedulers and leading scheduling efforts across large water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities include developing cost/resource loaded schedules, planning phased activities, and identifying risks with mitigations. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
• Minimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Experience scheduling projects over $100 million.
• Experience with Cost and Resource loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded project schedules for large water/wastewater projects using Primavera P6.
• Plan pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities on site.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigations.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and lead project team.
